Joseph Choo is a registered counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling and a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator based in Singapore. He has ten years of counselling experience across schools and private practice settings, supporting adults, parents, and couples through seasons of stress, grief, relationship difficulties, and parent-child conflict. He also works with couples preparing for marriage through the PREPARE/ENRICH programme.

Joseph’s approach is grounded in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy (CTRT), complemented by creative emotional expression tools where appropriate. His work is reflective, practical, and collaborative, helping clients slow down to make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, enabling them to take wise steps toward emotional safety, clarity, and hope.

He is especially committed to helping individuals, parents, and couples find language for what hurts, rebuild trust where connection has been strained, and move toward restored confidence, purpose, and meaningful relationships.

Joseph provides counselling in English and Mandarin.
